Mobiles must not be used in class at all, under any circumstances.

Smoking is prohibited on the premises at all times.

Students are not allowed to leave the premises once they enter, before home time without a gate pass. Gate passes can only be issued, on request by a parent, will be issued by the Administration.

All students must come to college wearing the full correct uniform which be neat and clean at all times.

Only black joggers are allowed as foot wear.

Student cannot enter the college gate after 8:30 am sharp.

Girls must not wear any fancy jewellery apart from earrings (tops are preferable for the safety of the student)

Girls are not permitted to wear any sort of make up

Expensive items are not to be brought to college, if found they will be confiscated until the end of the year.

Students are expected to behave in an appropriate manner at all times when on the college premises, as well as off college premises when they are wearing the college uniform and representing the college.

Students who generally wear glasses for vision are asked to avoid the use of contact lenses while at college, fir safety reasons.

Students are not permitted to leave the college with any person other than their parent or the specified family driver. Parents must submit a copy of their family driver's I.D. card and driving license to the Admin. In the event of change of driver, again a copy of the new driver's I.D. card and license will have to be submitted to Admin.

In the event of a student having to leave college early due to emergency, with a person other than the parent or regular driver, the parents will have to submit a written application informing the Admin about the nature of the emergency and giving details of the person who will be collecting the student. Please note that preparations for weddings are not considered as an emergency.

Teachers are not allowed to give their contact numbers of addresses to any parent or student. So please do not ask for them.

If a student is on any sort of medication (regular treatment such as ventolin for asthma) then parents must give a detailed doctors letter informing the college of the students condition along with instructions for an emergency.

If a student is taking any sort of medication for any illness (even a cold or flu) parents have to give Admin a written application with details of the medication along with dosage and the duration of the course of treatment. A doctor's note should also be submitted.

Any time a student is absent a written note must be submitted as soon as he/she returns.

Students will not be allowed to take leave from college with out at least 2 weeks prior notice. Leave will only be granted in the case of an emergency.

Students will not be granted leave during examination time except in the case of sever illness.

No re-testing or re-examining will be conducted in the case of a student missing an exam, under any circumstances.

Lab coats to be warn in the 'lab' behave appropriately and responsibly whenever using the lab.
