Admission
Procedure
At the time of admission, along
with the completed form, kindly submit the following documents that are listed
below accordingly. It should be noted that admission form will not be accepted
without the complete set of documents. Admission formalities include payment of
the Initial Admission Package.
All
Classes
1.
Three recent passport size photographs.
2. A clear copy if birth certificate.
3.
Previous schools leaving certificate.
4. General Medical certificate.
5.
Last school report.
6. Details, issued by a registered medical practitioner,
of any allergies or other medical problems such as asthma, diabetes or other ailment
which your child may be suffering from.
For
O' levels
1.
Students copies and notebooks from his previous class.
For
A' levels
1.
Clear copies of O' level certificates.
2. The completed "Confidential
Report" which is to be filled in by the Head of the last school the student
attended.
